Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1012969This is a robbery and those involved need to be "investigated". Not gold - silver. And the property was confiscated several years ago and not returned. These people hate America and are con artists. Quoting: vorThe used all that conspiracy shit to make millions. And, they'd love nothing more than to destabilizae and create a war inside the USA. So, yes domestic terror is a good call on this one. This guy, and the other guy I know of arent just minting counterfit coins. Thats just the tip of the iceberg. domestic terror...Now we have thought crimes? Quoting: Or, on the other hand, if a guy makes millions swindling people then Bernie Madoff and Kanny Boy Lay are also terrorists. May as well throw in Henry Paulson, the Bernanke and even Mike Chertoff (making millions as a investor and consultant to the body-scanner machine makers..the same machines he lobbied to get into the airports. How about Tom Ridge using the orange alerts to help Bush push his terror agenda? So why isn't anyone calling the Mayans terrorists? Look at the billions made from 2012. And what about Paul writing the Book of Revelations? The list is endless. We're living in the TERRORIST AGENDA era. Children are labelled terrorists; the government PUMPS the use of TERRORIST in the MEDIA so the public is truly blind to EGOTISTICAL GOVERNMENT terrorism. |

Besides didn't one company make chocolate coins once a upon a time? Whey weren't they taken to court? The officers of the court get their power from the gubmnt and as such are directly licensed as a govt franchisee. You wont find justice in the courts, you may get 'process' and you get processed fully into bankruptcy. The courts are nothing more than a wealth transfer device; from the earner, to the govt, with lawyers taking their generous cut at gunpoint. The courts have deemed themselves as interpreters of any word they need to re-define, and curiously enough, it always works out for their own benefit. Every ruling only increases the power of the officers of the court to rule lives with a piece of paper. The currency is incidental, the wrong piece of paper can ruin your life or take it from you or your family. Sure., you can leave, but you'll leave naked and penniless and as such, have nowhere to go |

Are they in possession of illegal materials? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1000114Of course, the item is deemed contraband by judicial fiat. There was of course nobody that would mistake them for US currency and the whole ruing is a perversion of legal redefinition. It is gonna be used to justify and confiscate any non-traceable form of value transfer. You have to be controlled at every level. If you dont account for your borrowed 'income' and pay tribute, you will be terminated. Make no mistake, this ruling allows confiscation of any value-rich instrument by decree, You've been put onto a cattle car and heading toward where the acrid smoke is rising from the chimneys. You are already dead, because you are not allowed to labor to accumulate value for yourself to do with what you please. If you are taxed for earning, selling or keeping it, it is not yours. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1175267The first order of business of any despot or tyrant is to de-legitimize any form of previously allowed dissidence. Somehow, the first order of business, ie to allow individual liberty has been transformed purely to giving priority to the 'process' and 'privilege' of gubmnt officers that are otherwise unaccountable for any action. Once they do this, the next step is to exterminate dissent and increase their own privileges. Read your history, it always follows, as to steal, you first lie to the victims and afterwards 'bury' the evidence. |

Bottom line: Currency holds only the value the public give it unless of course they are out of the loop, voicless for those that buy and sell their future as slaves. Free men choose to enter into agreements for trading their labor or property for other valuables without outside interference. Slaves are allowed only beads or company scrip. As such it becomes a freedom of speech issue, of course the officers of the court have issues with that, because they tell you only they can redefine the meaning of any word or groups of words as they see fit. |

U.S. Constitution. Article I. Section 8. The Congress shall have Power To provide for the Punishment of counterfeiting the Securities and current Coin of the United States. Section 10. No State shall.. coin Money; emit Bills of Credit; make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts. I think the Constitution is pretty clear about NOT doing that. Maybe he should have just created a Ron Paul paper currency instead. |
