Pour vinegar in your ear.

I had this problem a few years back. Get a q-tip and dig a bit deeper than usual without puncturing your ear drum. I found I had one of my hairs stuck in there. It felt awful.

Put a small piece of cake in your ear. If it gets eaten, you DEFINITLY have something crawling around in there and should seek a second opinion.

Get a pair of tweezers and see what you can pull out not to deep obviously because you could puncture your ear drum. It is no doubt a hair

a month ago I had that crawling feeling in both ears for about 2 months. It felt like something in the outer ear canal tickling the small hair in my ears. I was constantly putting my little finger in them and trying to itch them, this went on for several months, I had never had that before. I tried everything nothing help this was both ears. Then a moth ago I just noticed I wasnt itching my ears. dont know what it was but it was driving me cracy
