Anonymous Coward User ID: 790472 Canada 03/23/2011 01:12 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | sounds like a stupid diet if you can't eat what you want. 3500 calories is 1lb I used to be 6'3 and 310lbs... I began with an hour of excerise every day walk around the neighborhood and stairs up the mountain... lifted weights for upper body every other day... walk became jog then run... stairs became one set a day to three a day over two months) I needed 4200 calories a day (5000 when I was able to do more in the roytine) to maintain the weight... I ate 3000 calories a day whatever I wanted. I was dropping a pound every 3-4 days. Fast forward a year and I'm 6'3 and 225lbs and can maintain my weight at 2900 calories... I work out every other day so some days I can go up to 3500 without trouble. Food is good... just eat under what is needed to maintain and you'll lose weight. If you ate 500 less calories a day then your maintenance calorie intake needed you'd lose a pound every week |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1270134Berries are a good fruit. In place of carbs, eat meat, cheese, dairy and veggies. My friend has lost 16 pounds in the last six weeks doing that. Good luck. |
