A business professor once told me something that couldnt be more true. He said "ALL BUSINESSES ARE ALWAYS HIRING, YOU JUST HAVE TO BE ABLE TO CONVINCE THEM THAT YOU ARE WORTH HIRING.

My advice, quit spending time on job boards and want ads. You are competing with 1000s of people just like you. Just pick companies you want to work for and forward your resume to one of their VPs or other higher ups with a good professional cover letter.
Learn to business network. One of the best tools to always have a job is having a full business network. Start meet ing people, ask for a business card. It matters who you know in business. A church is a good place to network too. I assure you, if anyone in my church needed a job, someone from the church would hire them. Young kids...if you are about to go to college, JOIN A FRAT. A good frat almost guarantees you a good job for life. A frat brother will ALWAYS hire you.
Learn to play golf. Sounds funny, huh? But golf is a BUSINESS SPORT. The job creators play golf. If you show up on the golf course on a busy saturday by yourself, you will most likely be paired up with someone you dont know. That person might be the CEO of the huge corporation down the street.
This is thinking outside the box.
