Help a Starseed remember

Forgot no school today and Mummy letting you use the computor for an hour before she kicks you off and tells you to go and play outside with your power rangers or whatever you kids play with these days.

Gaining the experience of 'being' in meditation really helps to build ones sense of who they really are.
The following is my personal experience of building awareness of myself as an eternal soul living within a temporary vehicle my current body of matter:-

For me, the following practice is the one that has the optimum results and benefits for myself and also feels like I am sending out a more benevolent and loving vibrational energy too:-

I get comfortable physically, making sure clothes are loose, wrapping up in blanket when outdoors, I take shoes off and if possible will have my feet connected directly on the earth. If possible I like to be away from street lights, houses, cars etc and in natural surroundings (of course this is not possible every practice).

Once physically comfortable and settled, I will start to become aware of sights, sounds and scents around me. The feel of the elements on my skin, the sound of the ocean and the wind, the scent of salt in the air, nature around me. Then I will start to bring in the awareness of being totally absorbed in the present moment - if my mind wanders, I will gently bring it back to present moment, my surroundings and how my energy and physical body are in direct connection and relationship to them - tuning into the sound of my own breath is helpful especially when practicing indoors.

A natural step from here without trying too hard for it is to just 'be' - to become the observer, the experiencer sitting within the physical body, looking out through the eyes. I increase the awareness that this is where "I" sit, where my spiritual non material energy connects to matter (pineal gland area) I become aware of my energy flowing througout my body especially in head and heart areas. Now 'I am' soul (Om) sitting in my physical body (my vehicle of expression) as opposed to being immersed in false consciousness and mistaking myself as my body sitting and contemplating that I 'might' have a soul! This is like putting the cart before the horse or thinking the car is the driver.

Soul consciousness is the correct awareness to be in - now I am vibrating on the right frequency and I can tune into universal consciousness (not to be confused with omnipresence - just as the light of the sun emanates from one place but appears to be everywhere, so it is with the light of source/universe/creator/supreme soul - infinite light emanating from one source. For those who look to prophet souls for guidance, then tune into their energy if that works for you or feelings of what their divine qualities are. The main concept here is awareness of self as soul, awareness of others as souls, awareness of a source of infinite purity, love and peace, as soul (whether you label that God or not) and your right to have a direct connection/relationship with that infinite pure energy.

If in the correct consciousness, it will be possible to connect to an energy of love, peace and purity - it will feel like this energy is gently washing over you and filling you with light, perhaps you will 'see' a kind of golden red light around you - the experience is not one easily described in words for it is a non-physical spiritual experience. For some it may be a subtle, for others more intense but always enjoyable. Still aware of body and surroundings but with a feeling of complete lightness. It is possible to hold this connection and while filling self with these unconditional divine qualities to also send them outwards to others. While being filled (recharged) from this altruistic source of unconditional love, it is possible to send these vibrations outwards into the world/universe, holding a specific place or group of people in mind if that's what you choose.

Each individual's experience is their own - it is very hard to guide anyone else but once experienced it is yours it cannot be lost or taken from you - it is possible to tune into this awareness any time and any place. The heavy and negative vibrations of body consciousness are forever pulling at us, our own senses pull at us and our attachments to our own physical identities pulls us - but with practice and effort we can overcome them. Support is there - we just have to know how to tune into it, for too long we have been on the wrong frequency and controlled by our body conscious attachments and the lies of illusion.

It does appear that more people/souls around the world are waking up to discover who they are, what their true nature is and what they are capable of.

What you say, OP, resonates with me... the feeling of "difference" and looking for the missing piece of the puzzle, if you like. Sometimes I wonder if it's an aberration like "delusions of grandeur". Let's not take ourselves too seriously, eh?

one more. I was a little blunt with my first post.. By watching your nature and how you treat thing is a first good step in finding who you are. I hear what you are saying inregards to your post about being in good hands and i forgot top mention that i had this dream last night which was a bit strange as i normally dont get "THOSE" sorts of dreams.

I have been working and if i may say so doing quite well with respecting the world around me. I did not know much about nature untill 4 years ago,now i'm a smallholder with 3 pigs,hens,polytunnel etc and i realise more about the circle of life and that each thing serves it's purpose so instead of killing bugs or whatever i will plant more as an offering if you like. I'm learning that all is connected.

I will say that i am not sure on the past life thing. I would not be comfortable with letting someone else messing inside my head and i also am not sure again with past lives. We don't know about this. Could be devil tricks leading us to think we don't die and can be a reckless as we wish because it is all to learn a lesson. If reincarnation is the way it is and we move round the wheel we must learn to be everything,man,woman,murderer,priest etc coming to the stage we are at now which is close to the end. The time to make our last decision,do we choose light or dark.

I personally choose light and i am in no doubt that i am being helped along the way which i find cool and very mysterious but i would also like to converse or meet those helping me if only to say "Thank You" for all the blessings i have been given. This is my quest or a part i feel,but i also want to remember.If this has all happened before i can understand why as we as a race have serious issues which we need to work on. On the other side of that at what point to we know or not if we passed the test or have to make another run at it. If we pass where do we go? gel back into a blob which is the whole or source or do we travel on to explore other planets,stars or come back here as a fish as punishment for our sins.

Is there a GOD? I know there is something/someone that has put me here with a reson and purpose and it will be explained but i don't want it all explained on my deathbed to come back and forget all over again. I yearn for the world to come to it's climax, i want to go home. But i also know that my work is not finished and truely believe that i will be here for the the climax round the next corner.

One of the more interesting ideas I have heard were ideas about remembering and "seeing with our Ancient Eyes".

Also those beings you mentioned under all those labels like Wayshowers, vanguard, etc, etc, must come without the knowledge and experience of higher reality and consciousness...

Some of the whys were that those kinds of knowledge, experiences, or consciousness would have been an obstacle to understand what it is like here. That it tempered meaningful empathy and understanding (walking in another's shoes) and that if you knew or were from higher kinds of kingdoms one would not want to stay long here, nor want to understand the struggles (and absence of Light) here.

Remembering seemed to have been a big part of the overall message though, also kind of like defining 'human' in the face of incredible corruption, or something like that.

Mindfulness meditation is becoming very popular these days, often taught for free in Buddhist centres - it teaches how to just be and accept exactly 'what is' from moment to moment.

It does bring a feeling of peace and contentment but for the feeling of deeper connection, recharge, cleansing and remembering I find I need to take it one step further in becoming aware that the part of me that is 'being present' is I the soul, who in the correct awareness can connect to source (also soul but not bound by time, karmic action, space or matter).

As for the material crutches available, cigarettes, booze, weed, or relationships - these become less of a pull once we reconnect with ourselves and work on the balance (marriage) of our own male/female qualities instead of splitting aspects of our true nature off. Oftentimes these crutches are just used to fill a feeling of empty space or to try and numb out the pain of unresolved trauma. The key is to become present and face it as it arises just as it is. In time and with patience the grime and burden of the past starts to clear and the diamond of self starts to shine again and there is a natural disinterest in turning to addictions for false support.

Keeping a check on our true intentions is of prime importance too, if they are coloured with any kind of negativity then there is work to do. Facing the shadow self isn't easy but it is well worth the effort. Basically if we are still here and facing challenges then our work isn't finished yet :)

Andy, I wish I could help. I think many of us are in the same (Earthly) boat. I think we'll get our minds back soon though.

I know within that i have my own earthly challanges to face as we all must and it is trying to get to know to fix what i am to be able to help others as i feel i have a lot to give within my realms of self.

I am peacful and certainly not weak but trying to take a stand and pass on to others what i feel is important to me and may help the world at large,but suppose that will come in time when those people are comfortable enough to listen and see outsdie with their new eyes.I want more than anything to have a positive imput to the working of our beautiful planet and be well aware that it is not ours,we are just the gardeners.

hi there and thanks for the reply. I have done this so far and as for intense feelings of places would be Holland (not for the weed thing) been a few times of course but i love it there. I can't really think of much else other than i would have loved to have been in England during the world war, i don't know which one.

Also, I'm not to good at remembering dreams but i will wake up with intense feelings of sorrow if there was a girl in the dream that it was too sweet or good to be true. Again, as i write there was a dream involving a blimp and a deralict tall building,streets were empty and i was inside with a weapon and running downsatirs. Another shadow transformation of White Mirror may be found in seeing yourself clearly in the mirrors of the world and other people. Using others as mirrors allows you to experience hidden truths about yourself. Ask for honest feedback from friends you trust. Risk hearing the truth about yourself. Openly observe the events in your life to see how they can be used to better understand who you actually are.

One of the most self-limiting illusions is the belief that one's own view of reality is the only one. This often causes the mirror of the world to reflect back to you your "unseen" shadow, and when you see this shadow, it can produce a judgement or reaction. Such emotionally charged situations usually have two poles or positions. When you believe that only you are right, both poles remain charged and fixed. For a moment, experiment with letting go or changing your position. As you loosen your hold and step aside, the "other position" or person is freed to change as well.

Understand that judgement and acceptance are two sides of the same mirror - the transparent mirror of ascension.

In Western culture, many people have a distorted understanding about what it is to be a human being. We are often taught that sucessful adults are responsible, serious, rigid, controlled and goal oriented. In your journey with society, your developmental stages may have been incomplete. The natural sensitivity, fluidity, and freedom of the child may have been left behind in partial passage. Perhaps your inner child was wounded or treated insensitively, and you carried this unresolved process into adulthood. Blue Monkey encourages you to bring forth this incomplete or wounded part for integration and healing.

In this New Myth, your spontaneous, divine child will usher in and anchor the new frequency. How can you heal your inner child? Explore what truly gives you joy. I have dreams of flying and breathing underwater since childhood. I have a strange affinity for Ireland (interestingly lol) I mean...I am moved to tears just looking a pictures of the countryside. I have a stange uncomfortable feeling in asian environments. All my life, dreams of Atlantis when it went down (Fire)and Lemuria (I grew up in Hawaii only because of my mother's marriage)alot of starseed vortex energy there as it is part of what was Lemuria.

Point is, I was brought what I needed to uncover who I was but I also had a driving desire since childhood.

I've been inter-dimensional since childhood trauma pulled me out of my body mutiple times...I redicover this capability in my 29th year on 6 grams of mushrooms in the desert. My star family contacted me that fist time. I then did mushrooms for the next 10 years ritualistically. In the forest usually, during full moons. I gathered quite a bit of info regarding my soul origin. During this time I was contacted by the Arctureans and spent 10 years being briefed and readied for this next stage...which is now.

The "new center" that is talked about above is the triality aka the trinity. Polarity has kept this species at odds fighting over positive/neg, black/white, good/bad,my way/your way, ego vs. spirit...this will end now with a third componant...neutrality...vibrating in a new center of neither but one of acceptance of all. No conscious recollections or experiences, but some unexplained experiences in childhood though.

But it felt like a searching for something one doesn't remember anymore, and hearing from people that share their experiences really helped me, especially the feeling of isolation.


I don't know to much about Arcturus, but it seemed to be a really big sun itself whose light affects other suns in this galaxy though, also a higher frequency light kind of thing.

It must be nice to Know though, what one is, and what one came to do.

Alienation is a big prob for Starseeds but so very important to know we are not alone. Through sharing we can stabilize ouselves. The Arctureans already went through this vibrational upgrade so they're here to aid humanity through their's. By helping to activate the starseeds we are then able to help awaken the others. Most importantly, to understand we are together in this and it is an important task to walk with. That purpose and direction can help to direct our deep empathy like a chain reaction. This is the hunredth monkey effect in action. It's not easy my friend...that I know but it is well worth the adversity when you understand how vital our actions are in manifesting the evolution of the human species.

As this has gone on i have remembered the one and only OBE i can remember was after a fight with my mum and she sent me to my room at aged 12ish. I can remember lying face down on my bed and after a bit i floated up and could see myself but ever since i have tried to duplicate this with no joy and i would love to have this experience again.

Well so far I think with the information you have offered OrangeRay3 i have looking and does seem to fit me from being Vega and i have come across a couple of sites and everything they list i tick all the boxes. One thing i don't from one site was they look feline. I don't like cats,I'm a dog person hehe.
