I find that the more I dare to question and discard my old beliefs in search of the real truth, the more I experience a freedom to explore other dimensions of our existence - realms of endless possibilities.

Perhaps synchronicity is reflective of our convergence into "magical" realms we once knew and shared before fear was used to limit us within the barriers of a restrictive formulated program.

I remember, as a child, the wonderful feelings of magical oneness with others birthed with a common purpose. And we knew how to play! Play was what is was all about! Play expressed a bond of joyful togetherness and the eternity of the moment. Play kept us from being stuck in one perspective - it spawned creative shifts in consciousness. We felt it. We've known it. We shared it in a telepathic sense. It is supposed to be ongoing, so we thought.

Gradually we have forgotten how to play as we are separately channelled down the dark narrow corridors of our own existence - isolated and walled in by a long history of fearful minds. Maybe synchronicity is the light finally breaching through the wall cracks. Synchronicity is saying "I see you and you see me". Let's play!

What a beautiful description of synchronicity

There is a well known story of Carl Jung who had a patient who was incredibly reluctant to believe in anything other than the confines of what she had been taught and shown, including some self-defeating habits and patterns of behaviour. Jung asked her what it would take for her to believe there was a deeper connectedness, synchronicity, collective unconscious etc. The woman replied that she would need a very strong sign.

In their session she went on to describe a dream about a piece of jewellery (a bracelet or necklace I think) which had a scarab beatle on it, she wanted to understand it's meaning. At that moment there was a tapping sound at the window, Jung got up and opened it and a scarab beatle flew in - "Here is your Scarab" he said.

I might not have the story exact in detail, I am pulling it from memory but with a little research it wouldn't be hard to come across the original somewhere on the net.
