Too bad for them. I get my meat from a butcher. I select my parts from a carcass that's hanging from a rack, and they cut it from that. Whole cuts, WITH the bone in, and then I take it home and chop it it myself. I usually get my beef- cuts ground at the butcher if I want ground beef, but I know where the beef cut came from. Purchasing meat from a corporate grocer isn't smart, unless they have a butcher on the premise that allows you to select your cuts.

maybe the meat is still alive and tryes to grow together again.
