Thr 4th dimension is the astral level. However, the OP is wrong. A part of the humanity will vibrate in the 5th dimension after the 3 day- and night darkness and this will be at the end of the 3. World War. World War 3 starts in October and will last till January. Hopefully it will be this year. Soon we will know.

Guys, I have been following Tolec's info from late 2011, and it must be true, because I have invested so much into the date of January 2014.

So, are you guys excited that the date is near?

1). The date is near. However, it will not be the 3. of december.

2). The planet earth already vibrates in the fifth dimension.

3). A part of the population will change during the three day and night darkness into the fifth dimension. However, this spiritual quantum leap will only happen for a part. For the rest of the population more or less nothing will change. People that already vibrate fifth dimensional will live side by side with people for whom nothing will have changed compared with the life today.

There will be even a bigger discrepancy in the perception and the polarity between the people will become even bigger. There will be a separation and splitting between the people.
