I expect big things to happen this week. Today is the beginning of the first night. Check this Calendar out carefully:

Remember these periods are only 18 days now. They used to be 360 days long. I hope the First Night goes better than the First Day, but if I lived in Japan I would sure be worried if the 1st day brought such a disaster what the 1st night would bring. Better keep a flashlight close by.
