these may be helpful, but I'm not sure what I'm looking at: WIKIPEDIA: Starch Indicator - [ link to en.wikipedia.org] WIKIPEDIA: Iodine Test - [ link to en.wikipedia.org] seems potassium iodide would have to be present, as well as the radioactive isotope in a high enough concentration ?? so saving some pasta water and dissolving a potassium iodide tab in it would do the trick, if I'm understanding it... help appreciated
