uh, i actually got sick with h1n1! it was a hellofa flu. worst i have ever had. sickest i have ever been in my life. i am healthy and about middle aged, so i pulled through.

This is all just unbelievable...I mean really. I was just starting to feel sick on sat.so I started taking Early alert tincture, 2 airborne(s) , 2 Energy C 's and A multi vitamin with immunity builder daily. Today i feel pretty good. Just a little tired. I would say start trying to build your immunity. I have no idea if it will help but it can't harm. Also i believe Edgar Cayce mentions something about your diet being 70% fruit/veg. 30% grain/fats/protein it is hard for bacteria and germ to live. Some mumbo jumbo about the bodies alkaline..
