Good thing also is you don't have to have a large supply of stainless ammo on hand because you can find ammunition everywhere... Within a few hours a person can be accurate enough to hit a quarter at 15 - 20 yards.... |

But a slingshot fits nicely in a bugout bag. And it hasn't been mentioned: slingshots are silent. In some survival situations you don't want a loud gun to notify others that you are present. Bows are silent too, of course. |
