When I was a kid I was able to go anywhere as well, never had to lock up my bike either. HOWEVER, if you're not familiar with MoVal (Moreno Valley) which is mostly black, just a bunch of thugs and shit that unfortunately moved over there. "Moreno" in spanish means "Dark skinned". Go figure. I don't care what anyone says, MOST black people are worthless and should be treated like a stray dog. I'm not being racist, I have a couple of black friends that hate their own kind. I don't blame them...especially when stupid shit like this keeps happening.
