3rd Continental Congress?

How about a 3rd Continental Congress of The States for the signing a new Articles of Confederation that would guarantee all citizens and legal immigrants a Republican form of government and that dissolves The Constitution and the federal government until a 4th Continental Congress is established to work out the next steps.

How's that for nullifying some shit.

It would only take 13 states to do it.
