as for the answer to the thread title, i would choose the UN. faith leaders should never be put into positions of power. this leads to corruption, and would essentially put the world into a new dark age (science will be ridiculed, nonbelievers will be shunned or killed, new technology would likely come to a standstill)

maybe somebody e-mail me to the president of the united states of america,because its like talking to a wall with most people,all i wanted was a chance to do something great before i die to make difference,its hard when you get light of god,stressful not knowing what is next,but i know alot more now.But its still like a speck of dust,its hard journey.
