Alien Dreams? Can't move or scream?

As far as I can remember, I was visited by three black shadowy people in at least two occasions, and I was also paralyzed.

It's called sleep paralysis...I've had this happen to me a few times over my lifetime (35-years-old now). There's a lot of info on it just by Googling, but my PERSONAL impression during my own episodes was the feeling of having an evil spirit attempt to overtake me. I was unable to move or speak and yet was wide awake, staring at the ceiling where this dark entity sought to enter my body - and it's a VERY unusual, eerie, dark feeling - much like I imagine being in hell would be like. I remember subconsciously fighting this dark entity off through my an almost psychological struggle of sorts...it's very horrific when experiencing it.

I see it as a form of possession. The last time it occurred was just before I was granted a new lease on life and moved away from a very dark period for me (spiritually). I still see it as Satan's last attempt to win me over to him...but who knows?

Thank god i havnt had one of those in a while,but damn some of people in my dreams are scarry, but i will battle on like dream warrior.

I used to have sleep paralasis alot when I was a kid, it always felt like the walls were closing in on me when it happened, I could scream or move, trippy shit but it's the truth

its freaky. wanted to wake my wife when he left, but some thing made me go back to sleep.

Info for you . you don't have to speak but its worked for me 100% ask for the light of the divine creator/god to help you and wake up pray ask for help.
I have done it even without saying anything mentally. Tell yourself before bed you control your dream and soon beat them with the hand of god with you .

I've had 3 In the last three months each time I wld feel awake but cldnt move and felt like someone was watching me I cldnt scream and cld hardly breathe id fight it and move myself upright a little and it felt like I was being forced down and it wld take all my strengt then id finally yell something and it comes out distorted then id just "wake up" extremely paranoid and terrified laying flat on my back sweating and my whole body aches; I'm afraid of going to. Sleep bc of how horrible it is. Literally the worst experience I've had in life

Sleep paralysis is a bullshit medical term because it can not be explained.

Howdo you explain millions of people having the same experience which seems spirituwl in the same sequential order .

The other guys was right. I used to elieve it was alien abductons also. Could still be but here is my thought.

I was grabbed by a num erofthe black shadows, lifted offthe edthrown avainst the wall , then onto the floor an acrossthe room and then back against the ed wall.
They jumped on me and held me down. Could not move, could not scream, electricity going through my body and electricak humming .

In my mind the only thing i could think of saying was oh god, please dont ket me die like this.

Thats when the walls seem to disappear and i saw blueish,greyish smokey white foggy lightsand figures moving towards me.

The black shadows let me go and ran off through the floor.
The grey figures surrounded me and carressed me and then this individual came outfrom the light likea warriorin robes, knelt beside me and said dont worry, we will never allow them to harm you again.

I then found myself in what seemed like a sterile room all brite white surrounded by beings.

The next thing i remember was falling back onto my bedand i lept acrossthe room onto the sofasmoking a cig trying to figure out whathappened to me.

It took years for me to figure it out but i am oretty convinced the my soul was being fought over.
I was not such a good person when i was younger . I wasnt the worst but i did my fare share of messed up stuff.
I was an atheist until that night.

I now elieve that was the good spirits saving my soul .

I am now a better person. At least i think i am
