I Believe this to be fact. The Allegeny River is so low that you can walk across it anywhere, here in the Enchanted Mountains.

This is a first.

Now usually Hummingbirds are making there way to winter retreat.

Not so here, they are still feeding. Usually there gone from this area around the First week of August.

Need a Hummingbird report for areas further North.
