1. Get enough supplies to last a week (10.04.2011 - 18.04.2011) and don't go out.

The streets will be empty and your masters will understand.

2. Write 'End Nuclear Now' where it will be visible from the sky on the last day (18th).

At least we will have a chance if the air and water remain relatively clean.
