What i did last night was freaking amazing but i need to test it for several nights and if i get steady results it'll be mind blowing what a simple solution like this can do!

I made 2 long aluminum sheets/blankets from aluminum foil, i put one under my bed and one above me covering my head like a blanket. I would feel my brain a little weird and a lot of flash backs coming back/fragments of erased memories. I went to sleep for 2 hours and wake up feeling amazing, my head compare to previous nights that after waking up was feeling heavy tired and need for more sleep this time was feeling light like it actually got some rest this time!
I slept for 1 more hour and went to work feeling full with energy with just 3 hours of sleep!
