As i have been reading allot of OBE and NDE experiences. When some one who has done a OBE and wants to travel beyond our solar system he she simply can't. I did found out that an decent amount of people could not leave earth's plane due to a "field" or veil.

Also known as the energy grid placed here artificially...now why would they do that? Some say its for our own protection keeping "bad" entities out BUT keeping YOU in. I found out that that's BS because they are already here AND can simply bypass the "shield" or veil. The astral plane is part of earth/veil/shield. The astral imo is not our real home, when people have their obe's and nde's they see all kinds of beings raging from human, demons, angels, prophets, archons, magicians, false god's, thought forms, animals, parasites, and et's like the grays, nordics, draco all in the same space. And this is the same place we go when we pass over.

I haven't been able to post here for a couple months due to bans. I just post about actual spirit data I have seen instead of conjecture and banned for months? Perhaps it was a sweep of a region who knows. Anyway lots of the last few pages of posts regarding remembering the past lives and how to do it is true. I also have my past memories restored. Not all of them but enough for it to be clear I was purposefully amnesiaed. It is not a natural state to not know with perfect clarity what you were doing last lifetime and the lifetimes previous to that. There is a vast ocean of missing data when before I was oblivious that anything was missing. Knowing that a barrier exists is the first step to penetrate it. The best prison is one where the prisoners have no idea they are in a prison. To seek wisdom and knowledge a person first has to notice that they did not know all.

But to move into the future. We have a very large problem in this region of the galaxy. A lot of attention has been put into keeping the spirits here shut down and asleep. They would like you to think you need to "evolve" or "mature" to deserve enlightenment and that your behavior is being monitored to see if you have reached a higher "plane" or "density" or whatever in order to advance. This is all horseshit of the highest degree.

We all started out extremely powerful and evolved. Through purposeful destruction, lies, deception ongoing we have been crippled down to be in the ridiculous position of peering though a physical object to view our universe and having no memories of what happened. You will never get free looking for and blaming those that did this to you. The reason I said in a previous post that the aliens are not our friends and not our enemies is because they are YOU. So I guess you can say they are your enemy because you are your own worst enemy.

They can electrify, amnesia, lie, decieve, lie again and trick you forever but until you cross that line of both agreeing with this and then doing unto others they cannot reduce you. They must trick you into first thinking you are guilty. That has gotten to the point that several major religions on Earth revolve around this theme daily. Then in your guilt you pull your own power back. Then because you are then agreeing to some degree with what happened you continue the fabricated reality by then tricking and lying to others. That causes you to pull your own power back even more. This is because despite your bad behavior you are naturally good so if doing bad you reduce yourself and pull yourself back. It is a vicious cycle but it is the only way to take an omnipotent being that is hard to leash and control and eventually make them a quiescent spirit that is convinced they are a physical object and easy to put in a state of worshipful obedience so they can be lead to yet another amnesia treatment.

What is the practical use of this data? First of all confront even if by yourself all the things you DID. What did you do, when did you do it, how did you justify it? Look at the darkness you have walled off from yourself. Those walls are the prison. Start with this lifetime. You will not recall what you did in past lifetimes until you see what you DID in this lifetime.

You don't get resurgence of power without fully acknowledging you have not just been a victim. All the justified little lies from childhood to now, decisions that were not optimum for someone else, outright crimes or unkind thoughts, times you did something that harmed another or did not do something and that caused harm. Even if you thought it was deserved your evil still entrapped you. Also the things you did to yourself. That will be a long list right there.

All of it comprises your prison walls. Eventually the bigger issues like the time you did something such as participated in the amnesia memory zap of entire populations while tricking them into believing they were getting spiritual uplifts or similar times you helped create this prison we are all in. To erase evil you must confront the darkest corners of it. Then it just evaporates. It can't withstand scrutiny. Examine joy all day the joy remains. Examine evil and it withers.

There are a few ways to do this but one easy way to start at an easy level is: Get a piece of paper, you can burn it later if need be. It is better if you do this as a partnership with someone agreeing to confront each others evil including things done to each other in a nonjudgemental way. A married couple already having trouble doing this without outside help might have problems. If you will get something thrown at you just because you admit your affairs or your masturbation you hid that morning then it is not a safe place to erase your evil. Masturbation isn't necessarily evil but the fact you hid meant that in that context you considered it bad at least for someone elses perception so it counts as an item. Get someone else who will be nonjudgemental. If you do this with someone and they start having a fit about something you did they are simply reacting to their own undisclosed evils. They also are not properly trained to do this activity. There must be neutrality.

If you can't find someone at least write it down and fully acknowledge your responsiblity yourself. If you don't get relief you didn't fully look at all of it and didn't take responsiblity. Write down what you have done, have them read it in full, they then look at you and acknowledge receipt and thank you. That is all.

So assuming you are well rested and fed then get a piece of paper. Start with what you did this morning and write down anything you did, said or thought that was nonoptimum for someone else.

What was it, when was it, how did you justify it. Write it down, then go to the next item. Cover your entire life. As you remember some, more will start to pop into view so this is not something you can do in one hour. If something that doesn't make sense shows up in your mind. Perhaps the image of a someone crying you have not seen in this life, look at it. Try to get an idea what you did. Write it down and try to confront the worst of it. That is a previous life peeking though. Once enough evil gets shoveled off the top previous lifetime moments start popping through.

After you did as much as you can or if you feel a moment of relief and weight off your chest then take a break, don't do this if tired. If you are overjoyed take a break. If you didn't make excuses and actually took responsiblity for what you saw then this does create a feeling of relief. The next day continue. The key here is to acknowledge your responsibility. Even if on its surface it appears someone else is responsible in the end you have responsiblity. Once you start feeling the relief of this it can get to where you want to scour everything out that you have done.

Evil can't stick to you anymore once you are cleaned up. Lies are more obvious when you are not deluding yourself. The old tricks to make you guilty no longer have power over you. This will help clean you up as a spirit!

Best advise is keep researching learn about those who had an OBE and NDE to see how they operate and perhaps lie/manipulate souls, leran the tricks. If a soul/spirit/et/interdimensional wants to communicate with don't let them touch you! All communication goes by telepathy from distance. And above all stay calm and calculate your choices don't rush or be deceived by nice presents like the "love and light" fallacy. Most important listen to your heart if any one or something tells you something or ask you to join/or do something no matter if the being is oh so loving and friendly, if your heart tells you "this feels fishy" listen to it and react accordingly.

Also the expert of OBE Robert A. Monroe in one of his books when he encountered INSPEC agents in the astral telling him that BELL shaped with all these spirits floating around it in "stasis" waiting to be send you guessed it back to earth with amnesia.
