After you save elizabeth/medusa from her tower there's a small scene where you find yourself in your apartment with elizabeth and some scary female voice bangs your door and asks you to bring her elizabeth. Funny thing is elizabeth is shown to say those exact words parallel to the scary voice outside your door which is the game's amazing way to show you, your little friend is the mother of beasts in sheep's clothing! And in the beginning of the game there's a short scene that i guess takes place later in the game where elizabeth/medusa shows her true colors and asks you "are you afraid of god?", and your character says "no i'm afraid of you". By the way i'm trying to kill her since the first moment i met her, and am surprised how cute expressions she takes where if i was ignorant i would have really sympathize her!
She also looks identical to her mother which was shown to our face to be complete evil and she might even be her/reborn as she looks just like her and wears same blue color. I found amazing when i entered ex commander's slate building him and his soldiers were calling and had painted the statue of elizabeth/medusa as a naked whore!
