I got paralyzed in dreams many times. I would feel paralyzed in my dream and felt threatened. When I became paralyzed I could feel presence of entities. During the paralysis I feel scared and try to fight it.
The entities causing this induce fear. I understand they do this to abuse and traumatize to feed of our energy/power.

I have woken up paralyzed feeling terrified. 7-8 years ago I had sleep paralysis constantly. Once I woke up hearing a humming sound and could feel evil presence. There were entities in the room and I could hear noises like they were communicating. It sounded like a speaker used at schools and cops use and felt force like the wind and heard a sound like a train. The feeling was malevolent and I cant describe how terrifying it was. The entities causing this were demonic/very evil.

Other times during the paralysis when sleeping, I felt I was pinched or tickled. When I become aware in dreams I get paralyzed. It seems when I know I am dreaming the dream stops and wake up paralyzed. I have felt a scary presence in dreams when it happens, like the entities causing this project fear to make them seem powerful and intimidating. When I become paralyzed there are vibrations and humming noise. During the paralysis you cant make noise, but when I try to make noise I hear it in my mind. During the paralysis I felt drained and when I fall asleep the mind goes in a trance. If someone doesnt remain aware and lets their mind drift or fall asleep during the paralysis, they can go on a roller coaster ride of illusions in their mind. Sometimes after the paralysis I felt weak and immediately fell asleep again. Once the paralysis ends the mind is back in tune with the outside world. When the paralysis ends its like snapping out of a trance. The body and mind wake out of the paralysis in an instant. Thus it seems the sleep paralysis is similar to a trance/mind control.
