The clock tower doesnt say 3/11, more like 2/11. That said, the tower isn't "big Ben" like many believed.

Actually the cared MUST say 3-11 or actually 2:55 because the large hand is on 11 and the small is between 2 and 3, so this is one way to represent 3-11.

And yes, it's NOT Big Ben, it's definitely the WAKO clock tower in Tokyo.
