No, Nephilim don't look different. The giant gene was bred out long ago and was only a fraction of the Nephilim gene pool at the time anyway. They have many different bloodlines.

Nephilims ARE giants and are so huge..a pic of one looks like its head fills a room.. So saying this...they are here and they are still giants!
