The chattel you speak of were created with robber barons paying off political leaders to create a nation of slaves. It's amazing how that exact same thing is happening now, and it's all government sanctioned slavery. In fact at this very moment Bank of America is dumping trillions of dollars of derivatives debt off into an FDIC (public taxpayer insured) account in order to enslave us even further and your wonderful government is doing nothing.

Governments are the exploiters, just like you will never truly have the freedom to vote for who really runs your life. You will never see the Federal Reserve owners on your ballot, or the IMF, or the United Nations, or JP Morgan, or Wells Fargo, or any of the others. They are your true masters, and it is because of the corruption in government with both democrats and republicans that it has taken place.
