I have very long hair as well and I am the LAST female on earth you want to mess with. Trust me on this one.

It seems that chicks that get those dykey haircuts are usually on a power-trip, whereas a chick with real long hair is more patient, laid-back and caring. The hair is symbolism in a way. Short= "i ain't got time for BS and i don't wanna have to care for long hair and drag that shit around- it's a hindrance." Long= "Let me take my time and brush my hair. Lemme take my time and braid it and make it look as shiny and nice as possible. Let me care for it and glory in it's burden for the sake of making me look more feminine."
