It's not scripture, but I like the last half of this prayer to St. Christopher in regards to Heaven-

ST. CHRISTOPHER

St. Christopher, protect the
traveler here

On city highway, and in country
lane;

Guard him when dangers lurk in
distant lands and in the air;

Guide him safe on sullen seas,
and home again.

And on that last lone journey from
this earth

Christ-bearer, bear this soul to its
new birth

Where pain and sorrow nevermore
shall be;

Where God gives love and joy---
eternally.

Yes, it is. It is not a name.
