I'm Japanese and have been eating seaweed and other iodine rich food for years on a daily basis (practically since I was born)...

I have thinning hair and I still suffer from fatigue, feeling cold, brain fog, and muscle pain. Iodine is definitely not some miracle...it hasn't been for me...
