Anonymous Coward User ID: 787778 United States 04/06/2011 10:35 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | which beer brands have fluoride in them ????? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1229745Any American beer made from municipal water in a state that mandates flouridation. It's in almost every American product now. ----- Thanks, ASSHOLES! This is simply not true folks! It may be true that most tap water in the cities have fluoridated water, but many industrial water sources come from natural sources and are processed internally within the brewery. For instance, [link to en.wikipedia.org] You'll see that they pull their water straight from the Willamette river. My local brewery has it's own deep well source that taps the aquifer. So with that I'll raise the BS flag for all to see... So find the breweries with their own water source and then hope they are not paid off like municipalities to add the fluoride to their products. Have you ever asked your local brewery if they do add fluoride to the beer? Ask them for some samples for independent testing. See if that might rattle their cage. You don't seem to get it, once you get out of the metro areas there's no fluoridation... This would only be true for the large breweries that tap into muni sources! |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 935690Some of you people are really desperate to reach for a cause. Now we're boycotting american beer because it was created with fluoridated water. LOL this place never ceases to amaze me. Have some more fluoride and that should cure your discomfort. Then as others do that unsavory reaching for a cause why, you'll just reach for the remote and perhaps a nice refreshing beverage containing industrial waste touted as goodferya |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 1300288 United States 04/06/2011 11:31 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | This is actually a great topic. Kudos to you OP. Write email or call the brew master. They will tell you. Most of Oregon does not fluoridate their water, so if they are using the tap water it is better. Many breweries have their own water supply. Colorado is big on fluoride. I would check with the brewery. Anyone that doesn't think this is a big deal is just naive or worse. Fluoride is a poison. Most of it is coming from China, they don't even know what else is in it. If it is anything like the fluoride in Australia it is full of heavy metals besides fluoride. It is almost always from the smoke stack scrubbings from coal plants or manufacturing plants. Instead of paying to get rid of a toxin, they have convinced the public to drink the poison and now industry gets to sell the poison for a profit. I love American micro brews. I will not drink any that have fluoridated water. It is very difficult to filter out, unlike chlorine which can be filtered. This is a good time to wake up. |

As far as I know, here in Europe, it's prohibited. I heard about fluoride in your water, toothpaste, now beer... None of this here. I drink Zlatorog (Slovenian beer), good old Guinness, and well, the cheaper Croatian beers when I have less cash to spend. No fluoride in any of these. Well, enjoy your poison... |

She said they do not add fluoride to their water. Nice... but still, it could be added at the brewery, so I just sent them a message asking if they add it to any of their products. I will report their answer here when I receive it. Yay Shiner! (so far...) |
