thats what i tell him..hopefully if all this doom doesnt come to pass..his common sense and bright mind can provide help in the future....but right now his ambition is to be an astronaut sniper.../12 years old/..not even sure if those exist yet..but he is sure that job will be waiting and ready for him

yeah but have you seen a 12 year old completely break down all of his nerf weapons..down to screws and triggers and springs..not just the couple of mods u can do off the shelf...then rebuild it with more power,greater ranges and larger capacaaities by using othe stuff found around the house..i was in the army for awhile and have a good grasp of weaponry, its components and assembly...yet he blows my knowledge away..i suppose i should say thank you to army of one/call of duty etc etc..

Wouldn't it be wild, there he is in space, manning a laser. He zooms in and finds his target, zap... another notch on the stock of the laser rifle... :-)

My daughter scored in the same range on the Weschler test when she was about ten. She's smart, but honestly, can't say I've seen signs of genius.
