Wow, The "manipulated graph" images on this page are fascinating and very telling.. [ link to www.idealist.ws] I know we are not getting the truth. I think it may be safe to assume that if the EPA graphs show blank spots, those are probably areas of high readings. You just need to read it in a different way instead of thinking that they shut the readings off.... so the EPA site has some value, you just need to read it in as if any blank spots have potentially been edited.(I hope that makes sense)
