Did The Government Really Purchase Large Amounts of Iodine Tablets From The Public Domain???

No, It was "AJ" buying out all the KI from KI4U and jacking up the price 20.00. They must be in cahoots with each other now. I ordered from KI4U on the 12th and payment cleared and still have not received the product.

I don't think you'll be able to verify it except to maybe call around your local pharmacies and see what they tell you. I doubt the government would own up to it though.

i was told this by a pharmacy in my town. the pharmacist said "they were told by the government not to sell the prescription liquid anymore, and not to order the tablets."

also i ordered online, and they shipped usps. i tracked it and it shows the shipment was accepted, and it never made it any further than that. usps says it's weird and no further explanation. i got a refund.

i really think it got seized.

yes they did. they bought it up from the online vendor that i wnet through on Amazon. I placed the order, but then they cancellled , saying they had "donated" their iodine supplies to Japan. Small business do not "donate" all their stock, or they would go out of business. They were bought out by the govt.

The economy needed a boost. Nothing works better than a panic mania.

Question is...did this stuff ever reach Japan???

So why would the government buy up the available iodine? To later hand out in case of a disaster or to contribute to the death-toll?
