Re: Alien abduction, Old Hag Syndrome, Sleep Paralysis.
I have had sleep paralysis before, and I can tell you that it is a very real experience. A person of low intelligence (most likely american from the midwest etc) could interpret, an experience like this as an alien abduction.

Because i'm not an idiot, I realized what was happening to me, when it happened. You are fully awake, and you cannot move a muscle, you will also hallucinate, for me they were ghosts flying around above my head. If I had not previously read about sleep paralysis, I would have freaked out.

A very real experience, I have only had it happen 2 or 3 times in my life. If you want to experience this yourself, I recommend over sleeping. Force yourself to sleep 12-14 hours, and the odds of it happening are much much higher.

Youre nuts talking about low intelligence., Ive had a friend who had a good job as a undercover police officer. He had a implant removed from his nose and have seen UFOs.. Aliens do exist

Also many that I know in military know that aliens do exist and the can hover and cloak to render themselves invisible

Theres more out there than we can comprehend.

After eyewitneses have seen me followed by a plasma orb in broad daylight, I experienced sleep paralysis and woke up to hands pressing something into my head, I wasnt on a ship, I guess they can come to you..

Your comment was smart mouthed and had no bearing to the thousands that know and believe

Re: Alien abduction, Old Hag Syndrome, Sleep Paralysis.
According to my own research, in most sleep paralysis episodes, the victim experiences 3 major entities/hallucinations. 1. Alien abduction is consistent with sleep paralysis in most cases. 2. In Newfoundland and England people experience an old hag, which i must add is documented back over 2000 years. And 3. A shadowy figure who either stands at the foot of your bed and/or attacks the victim violently. If you do suffer from SP i would really like to know which of these you experience. Yes i am aware of the scientific explanations and yes i have heard many christian inputs about demons, so i would appreciate no bible bashers or people who have a self taught degree. I merely want to compare the entities and include them in my research to find a connection.

this shadowy figure is called Mora , according to our local traditions humans enter their world during the last phase of sleep.Only then we are visible to them.
They wear long grey - black gowns and they are attacking because they feel we are aliens or demons.
What are they ? Inferior beings from a dimension very close to our dimension. That's my interpretation
I was attacked by one of them a few weeks ago when he thought i was sleeping but he run away scared when I got up in a second (the benefits of a military background)

Re: Alien abduction, Old Hag Syndrome, Sleep Paralysis.
30 Years Old female. Sleep paralysis.

The basics;

* Always know when it is coming. I get a pulse (electrical? difficult to explain) like buzz that gets stronger as paralysis takes over.

* It can happen in the middle of the night or when i first go to bed- NO particular pattern.

* I tend to be on my back.

* I cannot open my eyes very wide- if at all. I know where i am and what is happening- can still hear the usual happening around the room ie; clock ticking, wind blowing blinds etc.

* Sometimes if i feel safe, i just go with it and it is enjoyable. Flying/falling feeling. Much more but that's the gist.

* Other times(most) not so safe- terrifying actually. Eyes stuck shut, heavy chest- spend majority of time trying desperately to scream- move- "snap" myself out of it. Have had them alot more lately. My partner used to get them and has turned out to be very helpful. He knows when i am having one and snaps me out of it.
I can't scream but i can get out what sounds (his description) like someone has tape over my mouth and body twitches(as every part of me is trying to move)

* Have had some real wild ones where i swear i have been yanked off my bed violently by leg. Like someone has hand around ankle and pulls me off bed like i was nothing.

* Also have noticed some places (houses) i get them and others i don't- at all.

I don't know what it is- this is just my experience.
