Alien abduction, Old Hag Syndrome, Sleep Paralysis.

I had many experience with SP and have seen shadow man many times. He was tall, very thin with black hair, black pointy boots, a black cape and a hat. He almost seemed to have eyes rimmed in kohl. He would show up and just stare at me with a wicked intense grin or laugh. It was intense and horrifying as a child. I called them reoccurring dreams because I was not aware of the term sleep paralysis at the time.

Oddly enough my best friend at the time had at least two visits from the same character and that scared the hell out of us! They mostly quit by the time I was maybe 12 but I did see him in sleep once more around the age of 22. This scares me because I was worried the visits would start again like in childhood but they did not.

The SP started pretty frequently when I was 14-17. I don't know if I would call her a hag per say. I always slept on my side with my back to the room and facing the wall. I would be almost asleep and feel as though my backside was being electrocuted. It was always how the presence "announced" itself. As soon as that electric buzzing feeling and noise started I was unable to move. Sometimes I would simply know something was there but too busy trying to wake to stay and figure out what it was.

Eventually, being unable to wake fast enough, a mature women with black hair pulled up and a purple robed outfit would get right in my face and screeeam!!!! She would be so angry. As soon as the screaming started I would jolt awake. I never could make out anything she said except once she screamed "I am the queen of th.." and I woke. There was one single time I saw her in sleep without the paralysis and I was looking down at her but she didn't see me. I have no idea what any of it means.

Last but not least during this same period of time I woke with a very bizarre and distinct symbol scratched into my leg. No idea how it got there and have never been able to find an exact match in any research. I don't like to share the symbol or talk about it much. Never had any problems since that last one in my early twenties.

OMG i know what you heard or at least i heard the same. It was like a chorous of singing but i couldn't understand the words it was high pitched and unearthly beutifull very strange to say the least. Sorry i can't find words to describe it, i was in a bad place in my life and thought i was going to hell, idk anyone else experience this?

I had a very heavy experience, as i was dreaming i started to realize that something was controlling my dream, i knew right away what it was, because my father has told me about the "black shadow beings". As soon as i realized that it was having an influence on my dream, i was conscious at that moment,so i decided to wake up, and as soon as i made that decision, it seemd to me like i am awake, but i wasn´t. This "black shadow being" manipulated me into thinking i was awake, in my room,and it freaked me out,in the dream i was fighting the "shadow being" with a flashlight,that is next to my bed. Everything seemd VERY REAL. I took the fleshlight because i thought "the shadow being" doesn´t like light, and i was very frightend at the moment and didn´t really know what to do. In the very realistic dream, i was so shocked that i got up and walked out of the room, as soon as i walked out of the room, i heard the radio playing, that was in the bathroom, so i got into the bathroom and tried to turn it off, but i couldn´t, so i took ONE battery out,and then the other battery, and it was still running, i walked into my mothers room and i was very frightend at the moment, i wanted to tell her that i have seen a ghost of some form. AND AS SOON as i made that thought/decision THE DREAM ENDS and i REALLY wake up into the reality,it was 1:20 am, i was totally shocked and everything. That experience was vey new to me, so i googled what it could be, and i came around an article about sleep paralysis. what is your suggestion, OP?

Also one time after the buzzing stopped a male voice told me to stop putting pressure on them and that he couldn't access my antenna.

I have had several episodes of sleep paralysis since I was a small child. I'm now in my mid 30's.

EVERY time I awoke and was unable to move. Definitely convinced I was awake and not dreaming. Every single time I can feel the presence of something distinctly evil in the room. Either in my immediate vicinity, or directly above my body.

During one episode in my early teens, I saw a tall, robed and hooded figure with only glowing eyes visible, standing in the doorway of my room.

Demons.

I have very bad sleep paralysis episodes, and have never ever experienced anything like that.

ive only seen one shadow being, the hatmam, and he was the only one who did not scare me, i laughed hard and loud and woke my mrs up.

2 years ago. I awoke from sleep in unable to move. I could hear it breathing feel it reaching for me. Then it was just gone.

So. I had these experiences. And I was very disoriented by this. I did not know, that there are such things. I did not know nothing about that old hag. But in my experience there was a "black man", which had made me fear at night. Mostly at night in my sleep. After I was searching for it, what it could had been, I did find a book about sleep paralysis and lucid dreams. There I could learn about, how to make vanish that phenomenon, which was so unusual for me. There was told, that you can make it vanish through a lucid dream!
It means: When it comes again, you should in the dream shout loud out: "Vanish! Go away!" So, as it cam again, I had done such lucid dreaming, and really, it vanished. Till now, since many years, it is kept away! Amazing! Really amazing!

i have seen, the hatman, the old hag, small troll type being sat on my chest, alien grey but tall and more evil, black smoke effects, kids on a couple of occasions, and my mrs has transformed into a vampire and attacked me but all i could do was chew her fingers to defend myself lol. ive also been hit hard in the back a few times whilst lying on my side, which i rarely do.

If you're struggling with this, you should do some research on how the name of Jesus ends these experiences. This was one major reason that led me to believe that Jesus really is the Lord.

ive tried the jesus thing, bible on the bed, praying whilst paralysed, i think it worked once or twice but not most times, ive had the sex demons too, ive never been so scared whilst having my dick sucked :)

What is this "sex demons" ? Is it something from Japan?

I posted a thread about my experience two days ago and some shill said I had bad circulation, I'm 24, 145 pounds and in good shape lol. Also this was my first experience, not like a thing that happens to me constantly. I always sleep on my side and from what I've read I thought you aren't supposed to get sleep paralysis sleeping on your side. Anyway I woke up in the middle of the night partially paralyzed with a black figure on the right side of my bed. I saw the shadowy figure and immediately began trying to scream, but the only thing I managed to do was to make a gurgling sound. If I could have prayed I would have, but I was incapable of even saying a word. For some reason I could still move my left arm and I desperately began trying to grab my phone, finally managed to grab it and the experienced ended and I immediately sat up in my bed. I can't even describe how powerless you feel in a situation like this, the parts of your body that you can still control feel so weak and heavy. I don't buy it for a second that it was a hallucination.

The dark shadow people are real. I experienced sleep paralysis 100's of times and had conversations with the shadow people. There was one time I was floating back into my body and I was passing through my kitchen and the shadow asked me(it actually called me by my first name) if I was getting up soon and I was like "who is this" and he said "this is kevin" and then I went back in my body.

one out of five girls, i have had SP since birth (i remember being born)
but unlike everyone else i have read stories of, my SP occurs as im falling asleep, NOT as im waking up.
so i feel out of the loop already.

no figures, though once i tried to 'follow' the buzzing sound that happens in my ears back to its source.
i got a good clear flash of a grey behind a console, it noticed me looking at him and turned up a dial.it even made an angry face which i wasnt aware they could do.
the buzzing got very loud then and i fell into the black hole i always fall into when SP occurs.

its really painful, my whole body.
they say dont fight it, but its a natural reaction imo...cant NOT fight it.

i used to be able to snap out of it, IF i was able to move a pinkie finger RIGHT AWAY.this has rarely happened but i still try.
im not able to wake up.
its falling into a black hole, a vacuum basically.

my mother told me when i was about four that when i couldnt move meant i was OVERTIRED.she never explained what that was.

ive learned to live with it because no one can make it stop.
no one can TELL when its about to happen.
i myself have very little warning.
the sound comes and its like a blanket is laid over me.quickly.
so i have very little time to act.
ive tried to change my breathing but that is no help.
NOTHING helps.

ive found NO pattern as to times or emotional upsets being a cause, they just happen.ive had dreams of ufos and aliens yes but not as an abductee.some are good and some are bad dreams.

im exhausted from screaming.
no one can hear me but i have to let it out anyway.
its that painful.
the next mornings im usually exhausted.

maybe ONCE it will occur when im waking up but im 42 now and its always happened when im falling asleep.

no one in my family gets it.
