Tepco has plans to buy into 2 reactors in Texas. A 10% stake in a new tech development position. Its my bet they are enriching Mox rods to provide the US plants with recycled rods as it is not allowed here. You think the oil business is slimy, nuclear energy is BIG buckos and those punk ass drug cartels are just a distraction from the real poison pushers.I smell Cheney somewhere.
