The quake lasted a good minute and rattled northern Japan and all the way down past Tokyo and Yokohama. No tsunami......we were spared this time.

So far, Fukushima Plant appears to be ok.

Freaking USGS bullshit! There were 2 events...now they've downgraded to one and lowered it to a 7.1, always downgrading.

EMSC and IRIS are both still showing one event, but keeping it at a 7.4

Did you guys see that strange light orb thing on the video when they where showing the quake on CNN?

It's all shaking then you see them light from the back in orb fashion. I'm assuming it's a transformer blowing up,but it looked odd.
