That word gets abused alot. IMHO a 'stalker' is anyone someone else wants to marginalize. Sure, there are people who actually stalk other people, but like the man said words can't hurt you unless you've done something you want to hide, or you are trying to conceal your own true nature. Calling someone a stalker for asking you out repeatedly is asinine.

Why do i say this? The woman could easily block the dude, she's playin' him and saving him as a last ditch possibility.
