im not affraid of the doom because i know i still have a job to do when all is said and done, i havent gone through 19 years of life, being traind for medical/combat for nothing

Personally, I believe I in the metaphysical/spiritual, and have so much confidence in my beliefs that It's pretty much established in my psyche that I am a soul and not a body. Thus, death is an illusion, since my consciousness is infinite.

I've made my peace with life & all of the people in my life. I don't regret anything even my mistakes! I've traveled, loved, laughed, learned, grown, & lived as much as I can. I would love to see my children grow up, but if I don't they know without any doubt how much I love them because I tell them & hug them several times a day.

I however do wish something to happen because the world that we are leaving children is horrible. If we can't change it quickly ourselves I say bring on the doom!

You all came into this knowing that at the end, there would be death. You knew that. Now, there seems to be some hope raised that maybe that isn't necessarily so... and that is 'good news,'- but that wasn't originally the deal, was it? Why, then, are you all so afraid of what you knew was coming...? It may not be coming peacefully, in your sleep, the way you had hoped, but nevertheless the end results would be the same.

Yes, wake up... the only things that can be truly saved out of this world are the things that you are entirely willing to give up,- remember, who would save his life will lose it. Under the circumstances, wouldn't it be better to give it up (or at least the notion of clinging to it like an old blanky) in service to your fellow-man, or a higher ideal, or a better world for your children, so that your life (which was never really yours to begin with) might actually mean something after you're gone.

Who will remember you? Who will care that you were here, and more importantly, who would want you to be here again? These are the issues of life, my friends... you do not know whose hands hold your future, so it would behoove you, I think, to shake, and hold, as many hands as you can.
