That is why inventors should publish everything they know everywhere they can, to make it impossible to 'erase' their knowledge.

Its just another Engine it IS an internal combustion engine anything that combusts a fuel to get energy is an I.C.E.....

Cool take on the Wenkel (sp.?) engine basically (Mazda RX7 & RX8). The technology has existed to get 100 MPG since the 1930's. Try a search for the "Pogue (sp.?) carburetor, or vapor carburetor. It came out in Canada right before the Great Depression and could reportedly get 30 miles to the British pint of petrol... Anybody ever wonder why we can put people in orbit for years at a time, make cell phones that are more capable than the computers of 5 years ago, yet we can't manage to make an SUV that gets better than 15 MPG?
