I am just a tiny bit curious, since they are not going to pay military during this shutdown (so I understand at least) What the hell happens to all the troops around the world (Libya)?

Why dont the U.S. gov't have money to spend on America - when they have money to spend on bombing the rebels, I mean Gadaffi.. I mean the rebels. Damn I don't know what I mean.. O.O

Wasn't it all very convenient to suddenly have a shutdown, NOW, when rads are rampant and wars are being had?
And bunkers have been paid for... *cough*
