IMHO Melancholia and the TV series "V" are just ways of preparing the sheeple for things to come ! Perhaps they think this will give them more time to head for the bunkers when TSHTF...delay the mass panic just enough.

I am in a soul seeking adventure right now to say the least, I have been a believer in God and christian belief for my whole life, but since learning more and more on nibiru and science I am just lost kinda lol!!

I hope this movie is a bit "normal"...last Von Trier movie had his usual "weirdness"...saw people leaving the theatre being interviewed....they had vomited while watching and demanded Von Trier being put in a psychiatric insitution....

Exactly the same here....looking at all the data, it could be true....but I don't believe it....probably partly because of all the doomdates that have come and gone....it seems silly to believe it....specially with all the relitard jumping on the bandwagon with all their apocalyptic bibblequotes.....

yeah, I agree the dates have changed alot...makes me wonder. I cant deny that some other large planet is out there...but, there is just a ton of disinfo and fishing though it all is hard as hell... There are bible passages that can be taken as a planet x theory being wormwood. Some say it is a star others say it is poison...some say its both...So, its all just soo confusing to me. I would like to know more. Nin sure knows alot about the sun so I would think that she would have some good info on the subject. I hope she replies to us and shares her thoughts and so actual good data and videos for us. I trust her shes a damn good sun child :)

Nibiru is real! Ever use an inferred telescope?

have never had the chance to use a telescope I really want one!! Not sure what I need though...I am more of a photographer and into videography...

The hair, yeah, I really dont give a shit what people think about me... But, I am physically disabled with something called connective tissue disease and it is attacking every single one of my joints with painful arthritis...well I have to claim SSd now since I just cant hold a job well and I am in the process of claiming with an attorney and we have to see a judge soon, and I just dont want them to judge me right off the bat. Once, things get rolling I will go back to my crazy hair cuz I loved it!! I have to look "the norm" though its way to important for my family and I to have this go through. I dont want something petty like died hair to have me be denied. That sounds horrible but its the truth!! I walk into the court room with wild hair and that is all they will see and not take me seriously.

Lars Von Trier is one of our few, genuinely brilliant, truly relevant living filmmakers working today. Can't wait for this film. How I feel about this nonsense concerning, "The 'Elite' are making movies like this to warn people in the know!!!", is made pretty clear via posts I made in one or 2 of the previous-"Melancholia"-threads linked above.

You kind of debunk yourself. I mean...that's the point. One of (only one of many) the main pieces of evdience for the lack of "Nibiru's" existence is it's failure to show up on infrared telescopes. Which ARE readily/easily available on the commercial market.

Check out any Astronomy magazine anytime. It's one of my main gripes actually- they're about sixty percent ads for telescopes. And they're remarkably powerful.

But there isn't a single credible instance where an amateur astronomer (not to mention NASA/ESO/university-affiliated telescopes but I won't even bother with those as I can tell where your inclinations lie) has been able to image "Nibiru" with one.

(it's one of the common "Nibiru"-believer-arguments when you mention the significant issue of lack-of-amateur-sightings: they claim "Nibiru" can't be seen because it's only visible in the "inferred" (sic). Which is just...impossible, given where most of the "Nibiru"-ideas claim it's supposed to be)

I AM SURE what you meant by your first sentence though:

You may not have said it implicitly, but what you're saying is basically, have faith in God and just believe...because "Nibiru" IS true...

I would never say to someone on the fence, as a non-believer in "Nibiru" myself, to "just believe".

I say: read.

Read books. Read magazines. If you're really interested go on Wikipedia. Do a search on "brown dwarf", start there and proceed and LEARN.

Get BOTH SIDES of this issue. I detest them, but yeah- watch the Youtube videos advocating "Nibiru". But make sure you also balance them out with simple, basic astronomy.

And keep in mind how many will be quoting Bible scripture, HEAVILY. That in and of itself speaks volumes. It's one of the things that's really surprised me: how the Evangelical/End Times-Christians have TOTALLY co-opted this "Nibiru"-idea to fit in with their..."ambitions".

Luckily though they get a lot wrong and so they're astonishingly easy to expose as incompetent. :) Which isn't surprising because "accuracy" isn't their point. Fear-mongering is. Theirs is an "emotional" goal- NOT a "factual" one.

LEARN the basic terms. Many many many astronomical terms are tossed around in these videos (not to mention threads on THIS site) incorrectly. It's laughable to watch. But also kind of scary, when you take into account how many people are taking these videos on face value.

Learn. Don't let anyone convince you that going to the library or to a bookstore and reading a book or magazine about astronomy is the same as believing what "TPTB" want you to. The science of astronomy PRE-DATES NASA by centuries. It's math. It's science. It's flat. It's indiscriminate. It doesn't lie. It can be spun, yes. And it is. By both sides. But when you sift through that, there are definitive TRUTHS.

Even a small about of reading can go a long way.

No, never "just believe" in anything. Do your thing and think critically. There's isn't a single bit of doubt in me that an intelligent, discerning person with their shit together can read both sides of this "issue" and come away with the right answer.

You'll see. If it really matters to you, just start with the basics and work your way up.

I Ask, you spend much time at the south pole? That is where you will view it. What f^king good is a scope in the northern hemisphere if the object is from down below?
