Joint Pain : hot knees
hmm, today I noticed, out of the blue my knees were super hot to the touch and felt uncomfortable. Also my neck and back and other joints felt stiff.

First thought is hypothyrodism from the radiation. I do not have any previous history of this. Is anyone else experiencing anything like this?

It's only been one day so it could be nothing or just a virus or illness.

I'm in Los Angeles, CA.

Re: Joint Pain : hot knees
If the area around the joint is hot to the touch that's a good sign of inflammation. It can come with or without pain and is frequently a sign of over exertion.

If the heat is in both knees and accompanied by swelling in the absence of strenuous activity it can be an early indicator of arthritis.

There are many other things that could cause the problem. I'd recommend going to a sports or athletic clinic and letting a professional check them out.
