You have it all scrambled up. Adam and Eve were kicked out of the garden before they had any kids. Angels were guarding the garden with flaming swords so they couldn't get back in.

The people in Nod must have been Adam and Eve's other kids. They lived for hundreds of years back then and had lots of time to have kids. The generations weren't as impure as they are now, so they could marry their relatives and be okay.

The reason that there are different races is that there are just different traits of Adam and Eve that got ooncentrated in certain people. Then these people stayed together as tribes, familites, clans and nations. They continued to pass down the same traits to their kids.

Monkeys don't act human at all. They are animals for godsakes. That is why when people look at them like they are little kids or somehow human, they get their face ripped off or brutally atacked. Monkeys are about as human as wolves. People start to look like their dogs from being around them so much, but you wouldn't say they were actually dogs or ddescended from dogs.
