Boredom, the result of too much thought, and very litle presence of mind. i.e living in the moment.

In a nutshell the opposite of boredom isn't excitement, it's a lack of CONCENTRATION. It's quite a common issue with people.


To improve matters.

Meditate, for example focus your inner attention at the forehead, or within at the pineal gland area. Doing this while faling asleep increases the benefits.

Drop sugar and caffeine from your diet.

Don't masturbate so much, especially during the day.

If you smoke stop it. It's a retarded addiction. Big problem.

Alcohol. May as well quit that too.

Keep your diet as plain as possible.


You'll be closer to natural living and thus won't be so bored.

For some of you, the world really will of ended, since your delusions really are your world.

For the past several years (I'm 32 years old), I've found myself incredibly bored with everything life has to offer.

Of course there are things I enjoy, for a while, but there is nothing I really look forward to. Everything is so boring to me. Every topic, subject, activity... life itself is boring.

I'm not depressed. I'm just bored with living.

I don't welcome death, but I don't fear it either. And I can tell you right now that I do NOT want to come back again.

It's just too damn boring here.

People are fucking boring, listening to one talk for more than 30 seconds and I want to fall asleep. I prefer being alone too.

Being with people and doing something fine, like sports.


Just talking to them, dull. I do it, but it's not something I enjoy.


Most people find it dull, hence why they drink, smoke or take drugs in social situations, to alleviate the incredible tedium that is human company.

People are that bored, that even Facebook is popular.

Hence why video games, TV, music are popular.

They are amusements, distractions from life.

Now if you are merely using your wife and kids as a distraction to the shittiness that is this world, then fine.

I am not depressed either but i find this world tremendously boring and uninviting.

I don't want to commit suicide but i am terribly bored with all the stupid and trivial stuff that most of us enjoy.

I'm always dreaming of living on another realm with fantastic stuff to do like in fantasy role playing games.

This world have nothing to stimulated me enough.

So i truly understand how you feel.

I am 47 so in the next 5 to 20 years i will probably on the other side and my worst fear in death is to come back here.

I would prefer to be eradicated from existence then to come back here.
