Just ask them to. They'll lie to you and then make you see things differently than you do now and convince you you're "winning" when really your life is going down hill. It doesn't give you powers, but will change your outlooks so you think you have them and you will see bad as good and good as bad and everyone around you will quietly start to disappear from your life because they will realize that you are starting to go insane.

I read i was easier for kids to since theyre more pure and whatnot. But it is not good to invoke spirits bc one doesnt know if they are bad..
