I will go bat for the cops on this one, this guy was obviously a prick just assaulting people on his way out, fuck him. The cops basically called his bluff.

The guy shoved him first the cop should have clubbed the other guy in the face which is illegal on the cops behalf, they are not to use there nightsticks to the head. The xop was a punk and will have to answer to a higher power as in God for the evil he does.

When the guy in question confronted the fan at the bottom of the stairs it wasn't the smartest move. The cops had a split-second decision what to do in a thousand-capacity venue with families around, and a potential threat. Seeing him do that (if they thought he was drunk, a nut, about to do something) meant they felt they had no choice.

Lucky for them he wasn't pushed down the stadium stairs, but instead into a open part where he could be detained, with questionable force it has to be said, but for everyones safety. Everyones there, his own, and the cops. Until the situation was under control.

I'm not a fan of when the Police exercise overzealous force. but I feel given the proximity of children and the mannerism he displayed, it was the right split-second call.

The Cops in the U.S. have no respect for the public! That's very evident. How long will the public put up with this? It make me sick when people justify this type of police behavior. Wake up people! Use your brains and see where all of this is going.

THAT SAID they jumped the gun to use less-then-lethal options. They were supposed to be used as OPPOSED to shooting someone. So they would have made the call to shoot him on the spot? No warning, just the tik-tik-tik-tik of the taser. Then a good clubbing.

This was most definately not at Dodger Stadium.
There is not one blue shirt in the crowd, and they crowd is chanting USA, USA. Sooo, this leads me to believe this didnt even happen in Los Angeles.

Not to mention there is a huge hispanic presence within the dodger fan community. And everyone was white.

So, whoever posted this story made the location up, or she was mis informed of the location.
