Nah. Weed often. Shrooms occasionally. DMT, mescaline, Acid once in a blue moon. DXM lots in the past. I wont touch meth though that poison is for suckers. Nothing addictive goes in my body except caffeine.

I read somewhere that DXM was originally intended to be a super soldier serum before they gave up on military application and just put it in cough medicine to replace codein. It definitely does give you super powers in high doses you can do crazy things physically that you wouldnt want to do normally. I would swear I could bend time and space too. crazy stuff.

well this isnt about chi of mo pai nei kung but it's still just about the most amazing thing I've seen all week. Shaolin monks are amazing. I wish I spoke chinese so I could go become a monk myself.

Getting better at the meditation techniques. It's still hard to totally empty the mind of all thoughts and sit at the edge of sleep without ACTUALLY falling asleep. I often start meditation and then wake up in the morning feeling super refreshed even after only 6 hours of sleep.

I'm thinking about taking a ninjutsu class soon. Maybe it will help to add more martial arts to my neikung/qigong/tai chi meditation practice. John Chang says his art form is mostly about fighting before anything else. So maybe it helps to actually do some fighting as part of the training.

Marry the physical with the spiritual as Bruce Lee did, and master reality you have.

Thanks Kanaanda! Great videos. I especially like the one inch punch documentary. I used to have just that computer generated bruce lee animation on my PC years ago when I went to animation school.

I'm going to my first Ninjutsu class tomorrow to see how it is. I hope they teach some of this internal stuff on top of the usual external attacks and throws etc. Well time for me to meditate. Goodnight.

It is great to meditate in the morning before you begin the day's proceedings. It's like eating breakfeast. An analogy would be starting the engine such that the machine can work. The influx of energy electrifies the body and mind, preparing oneself for the day. A session before sleep is also recommended. The ultimate quality that I think is attainable through daily meditation & energy focusing is the ability to heal oneself and others. This is something the medical establishment has been trying to keep hidden for too long. Things are changing though. More and more people are rediscovering their innate abilities because every angelic human can access this infinite divine energy, 12 dimensional frequencies that will shatter all negativity.

I like this video but you might need a dramamine to contend with the shaky cam work.

I enjoyed my first Ninjutsu class. The Second class is tomorrow. Between Ninjutsu and Meditation and Tai Chi and Qi Gong I should be developing some serious chi power soon.

Re: Real Superpowers, the secret art called Mo Pai Neikung
what style of tai chi do you practice? i myself practice lao yang which is one of the few forms which has combat application as well. i started out my martial arts training about 10 years ago with afrikan groundfighting, very similar to capoiera, this was more for the physical and fighting aspect of the arts, as i was very young and just geting into it. i then transitioned to mostly shaolin kung fu, and then to tai chi. the past 3-5 years i have pretty much done nothing but tai chi, as i feel that i get much more benefit from this than other arts. the physical workout is as good if not better then most other external arts i have found. when i used to do tai chi during the winter my hands would be about 5-10 degrees hotter after i was finished with the form. have done it around other people and they have felt the heat radiating off my hands from 6 inches away. i am blessed enough to have found an amazing and authentic teacher here in the usa, a master that would be on a very similar level as master chang. he studied and learned under teachers from the founding lineage of yang style tai chi, one of the very few westerners that were taught. the way he had to learn was very similar to one of the previous videos posted. he had to show up at sunrise every morning and at first could only watch all day. when the teacher finally started to teach him he would make him practice one simple movement, such as moving ur hand about 5 inches, thousands of times a day, and only this one movement. some of the more interesting things ive herd from him are times about him being able to see through the walls of his house because of him and 2 other people meditating on a very high level, him being taught certain arts through astral projection, and the basics like telepathy, etc. but yea, this stuff is definately real and attainable with enough dedication and practice.

The hard part is finding teachers that will take in new students. Not everyone is taken in. The few teachers I did know felt ashamed because of internet marketing so many of them went the way of the shadow and disapeared. Even though I told him he had done no shame he did not believe me. He said his art must never be used to harm another person. Amazing stuff! I'm sure he could start a fire just by thinking about it. Of course I can't say his name however, just know that the skill is real.

Re: Real Superpowers, the secret art called Mo Pai Neikung

I've been watching a few videos on lao yang tai chi. It's similar but a little different. I do the generic 24 form tai chi chuan. I've been slacking. I haven't been doing it every day. I'm not a stickler for styles. I was always a fan of Bruce Lee and his ideas about being formless. I draw from all sorts of styles. I do some Tai chi forms, I do some qi gong forms, I do some muay thai, I do some bujinkan ninjutsu, I do some shotokan karate, I do some shaolin kung fu and mix in some boxing and weight lifting and sit ups and push ups.

I have a hard time remembering the whole sequence of 24 form tai chi, I guess it gets easier if you do practice daily. One thing I do make sure to do every day is the nei kung meditation. I do my dan tien breathing and try to empty my mind of all thought and develop my chi every day. I do the martial arts stuff maybe 4-5 times a week. Throwing 1000 kicks is a good work out heheh.

Re: Real Superpowers, the secret art called Mo Pai Neikung
it is funny you post that video, g, as that man is one of the "teachers" who spread false information and corrupted the minds of many students. he was teaching many elder students (my teacher was the most advanced student of bakari), and basically changing the ancient forms in ways that he thought would be better and more applicable. quite absurd and unheard of, especially in a lineage of traditional arts which you rarely see. not only did he do that, but he then went on to steal hundreds of hours of edited video that a student and himself had agreed to share upon to put out educational training videos...he then left the state and cut ties with most of his students and colleagues, only to re-emerge on youtube posting these fake ass videos of his lao yang...and btw he never got the master form corrections, so yeah his form is incorrect as well

Re: Real Superpowers, the secret art called Mo Pai Neikung
ooh controversy. heheheh.

I'm kinda bummed. It looks like I won't be able to take my Buujinkan Ninjutsu class after all. I need a job and the hours I'm gonna be working will make it impossible for me to get to the class when it meets. I needed to buy the uniform and the practice weapons and get a doctors physical and pay 50 dollars to sign up and then 60-120 dollars a month in fees and to afford all that I need the job and if I get the job I can't attend the class. Argh. Well, I guess I'll get the job, get the physical and the gear and then find another job with different hours and quit this job so I can take my Ninjutsu class. So I guess its just postponing taking the class for a month or two. It sounds like this job is gonna suck anyway I doubt I'll want to be there much longer than that. It's like a jeep factory. Lame. But with the job market it's probably the best thing I can get around here.

Since I'm taking ninjutsu I've been searching the web for authentic ninja clothes and swords. I gotta say I am in love with this website [link to www.trueswords.com]

They don't just have the usual low quality cheap replicas that break if you hit anything with em. They have REAL swords that you can do some serious fighting with.

So I need the ninja uniform, the tabi boots, the staff, the practice sword, the practice shuriken, the short staff. This is gonna cost some serious dough. sheesh.

I don't believe the original movie, all of the people "Testing" him could have just been hired help.

If he wants to prove himself he should do something like James Randi's Million Dollar challenge.

Although I'm guessing he'd just say he doesn't need to prove himself to anyone like all frauds do.

scepticism is healthy. I believe it though. I have seen enough chi demonstrations to believe there is more to it than some hoax. It's not like psychic surgery. He never wanted to be famous and he is already quite a successful businessman so he really has no need to make money off of people. If anything all this fame is bringing him unwanted attention from many people like me who would like to learn the method to unlocking the true potential of yourself.

Re: Real Superpowers, the secret art called Mo Pai Neikung
I'm taking this very seriously. I've practiced abstinence for 5 years, I've fasted until I've gone down 5 pant sized. I can go without more than 3 hours of sleep. I do intense physical work outs, kung fu, qi gong. I meditate EVERY DAY.

It's hard to do this without a teacher though. It might take a lifetime to achieve what might only take a few years with guided instruction.

I used to practice shamanism and achieve deeper states of consciousness by taking LSD or DXM or mushrooms. I gained many insights through drugs. I also practiced religious ritual magic and encountered strange spirits which hinted at more. These methods had limitations. I never achieved the true mastery that I am looking for. I want to become like the Buddha.

since this hasn`t been posted yet:

Mantak Chia- learning how to circulate the microcosmic orbit.

It really works, although this won`t give you any "super powers". But it`s a good way to get started and feel the Chi energy.

It was opposite for me, i knew martial arts before meditation. Im working on concentrating all my energy to one body part, for amplified technique.

Time to dust the cobwebs off of my thread. I looked up montak Chia. Thanks for the link.

I've been watching these videos

Master Wong has some good demonstrations of combat Tai Chi on youtube.

I haven't been to a ninjutsu class in a while due to my new job but I went out in the yard the other day and practiced my rolls and stick fighting forms.

I still do a lot of meditation. I'm not seeing any chi powers but then I haven't been the most dedicated practitioner. When you get really into these ancient martial arts meditations and katas you may find yourself doing them at odd times. sometimes at work if I have nothing to do I will assume my qi gong posture and perform the breathing meditation to channel chi to my dan tien. Not the most appropriate location for practice but I have little free time so I get in some practice whenever and wherever I can.

Re: Real Superpowers, the secret art called Mo Pai Neikung
Dear OP,

I may be a little late to the party.

Mo pai is certainly the real deal. I've experienced things I never dreamed possible during my training.

Unless you are Asian though you aren't going to be accepted into the school even if you manage to find the school in Indonesia.

John Chang (the guy in the video) (not his real name), was forced to close the school to westerners and was removed by his teacher as head of the mo pai school after this video aired. (yes his teacher is dead, but still exists as a pissed off spirit)

It is now closed to anyone who is not Asian.

Your best bet is to find students of the mo pai school, and or seek a new school. The original mo pai school came from around lung fu shan mountain in china. Searching that area may yield some info.

The longmen pai school (dragon gate school) is the only similar system I am aware of.

[link to www.laoziacademy.us]

The head of the school master Wang LiPing still teaches westerners.

There are several video's of demo's with his top western student on youtube.

(passing his level 3 exam)

Here is an interview with him:
[link to www.martialdevelopment.com]

part 1 [link to www.youtube.com]
part 2 [link to www.youtube.com]
part 3 [link to www.youtube.com]
part 4 [link to www.youtube.com]

The books written by Kosta Danaos Chang's Greek student, The Magus of Java, and Neikung are good reads for general info about mo pai history and biographical info on Chang but contain no real training information.

His top western student Jim McMillan has given his email address for those who wish to contact him: [email protected]

Sometimes it takes him weeks or months to get back in touch, be patient.
