Why are men so abusive of women

I have never understood it and never will to treat a way a woman the way some men treat them is beyond apish. Actually it is quite repulsive how that man tries to assert power over women as if he is some sort of slave owner. It is quite a pity to see women become the play toys of men and suffer all sort of hardships when they are just as equally righted to have the same dignity men expect women to give them. It confuses me why human nature can be so cruel and brutalizing towards the fair sex perhaps because most men are too blinded by their sexual impulses to speak properly and decently towards a woman. Unfortunately if man learned to culture himself and surround himself with things of worthy of being called suitable for his nature instead of acting like a baboon or monkey perhaps it would be easy to court women these days. Instead men are so sex craved that they can not dare look at a woman without developing great feelings of lust towards her. I wish to only glance on the form of the woman and like a great character in hamlet to see the form and leave the rest hidden from my imagination.
