She saw another doctor and he agreed the child shouldn't be on those drugs. The first doctor was paid for through a non-profit government grant. That doctor lost government money when the mom saw another doctor. The non-profit + CPS worked together to seek their vengeance and recoup government money.

Risperdal is an anti-psychotic medication which works by changing the effects of chemicals in the brain. It is used to treat, among other things, schizophrenia, as well as the symptoms of bipolar disorder and autism.

This is very interesting as my son was put on Risperdal when he was in jail and, possibly, while he was in fostercare....will have to check with him to find out how long he was on it? I was never consulted because he was in state custody and whenever I would try to get information and/or mental health treatment for him I was told to stay out of it.

I have been telling the so-called "professionals" for years that I believed my son was Autistic as several members of the family (going clear back to MY grandmother) showed signs of Autism. My daughter and my cousins grand-daughter are the only one who have been diagnosed with it but now that I have personal experience with it I realize that the family weirdness is because numerous members of the family also have high functioning autism.

In the past year or so I have suspected that maybe he has bipolar instead of autism and it is interesting to find out he was given medications that are used to treat both autism and bipolar yet has no official diagnosis.

I just heard this on the news...and I thought WTF?....It seems like there has been a lot of weird, unfair "in your face" things happening lately.

I live in Detroit and was once visited by Social Services because my dughter who suffered from terrible mood swings ran from a treatment facility. I could not get her to go back and she was not staying with me. She was on the run.
So Social Service workers came out to my house to threaten to take away my other children, Boy I blew sky high.
I can not write her what I told them, mothers instinct at it's finest!
Those are my children and if I did something to harm them, I reconize the states right to intervene but God gave me these children and if I have not done anything to harm them
then there is no authorization of the state that is higher than my God given right, peroid.

I literally chased them out of my house, my neighbors laughed.
I sat terrified that the cops where going to come, they never did, I instead received an apology and an explanation that they where out of bounds.
They did that to get her to surrender.
But
I still have that shit on my record.

By doing this and showing no fear it may be more effective in getting the more silent and self-disciplined violent intent members of the forum to slip and post their real intentions. This can be used later in a court of law during prosecution.

When so called "cops" are committing a crime they have no legal authority nor protection under the law.
