Re: Feel your music...
You people do know a 400hz song such a metal song converted to such a low frequency will sound aweful and you wont feel anything but pathetic bass, that will not be the song you know.

Im not sure peoples obession with low frequency and im a hardcore audiophile. 192khz or nothing. if you cannot get 192,000hz or 192khz you're lossing so much detail in the song.

sorry make that 196,000hz or 196khz (spelling correction)

they are not talking about the bitrate... it's a frequency filter that affect all sound output, the bitrate and tempo remains the same.
To live is to believe in the power of dreams! To dream is to believe in the power of love! To love is to Know the truth!
The Desire to Be fuel the belief that you Are which ignite the Will to Become which bring back forth the desire to be...
Let it be-come you! It means Stop seeking your higher self! It is seeking you! Stand still in your mind to calm the waters of your mind and then it shall find you, so you can ride those waves together!
your true self lies somewhere between your heart and your consciousness. It is called the heart consciousness, which is the creator, which is you!
The heart create the emotions and our mind evoke its purpose, from which we dream the life we live in order to imagine the nature of reality and finally remember love!

The highest Purpose of our mind is the ability to Forget! Go on and Forgive yourself!
There is no love in truth but there is truth in love!
Be authentic, nobody else can do it for you!

if you take a song that had high 10,000hz and higher frequencies contained within it you elimating them by resampling a song to a lower under 1000hz frequency will cause a massive loss in quality.

The tempo wont remain the same the moment you change the sample rate (the frequency output if you will).

Just turned the song Thunderstruck by ACDC into a WAV at the same hz as posted in this thread, and the song sounds nothing at all like thunderstruck, what it does sound like is a "thump thump"

dude no song on this planet has a primary frequency or sample-rate of anything under 44khz these days. So someone listening to a song of anykind at 400hz is just foolish beyond measure as you wont hear anything just feel alot of thumping from the headphone.

Remember i love Audio and when i just tried 400hz on a metal song, it was a joke i felt nothing but painful bass.

*face palm* just read the OP again why in the hell would you resample or even have a song at 144khz that is just even more foolish than listenting to a song at under 1000hz.
